Type of use
Outdoor use unlocks weather-protection options: hoist cover, 120µm C3 paint systems and hot-dip galvanizing.
Chain hoist
Add a chain hoist to the crane, or supply your own.
Manual hoist capacity
Pick the RLD model. Only models that match the crane SWL are shown.
Manual hoist lift
Load chain length (hand chain is always 1 m shorter).
GIS GP electric chain hoist
Electric chain hoist — configuration
Every option in this panel belongs to the GIS GP electric chain hoist bundled with your jib crane. It is produced and invoiced as a separate item; the jib-crane options stay outside this panel.
Electric hoist — intensity of use
How will you use the electric hoist?
Each duty class has its own capacity envelope: the heavier the use, the lower the rated weight, so a heavier class may pull a larger GP sub-model. Selecting a class lighter than your real-world use voids the manufacturer warranty and risks motor failure.
A3
/
M3
Light duty
≤ 1 hour/day
15 cycles/day · 25% ED
Sporadic light use — workshop, occasional lifts, maintenance bays. About 15 lift cycles per day, 25 % engine duty. Cheapest in operating cost.
A4
/
M4
Medium duty
1–2 hours/day
30 cycles/day · 30% ED
Light commercial / regular workshop use. About 30 lift cycles per day, 30 % engine duty. Suits assembly lines and regular service bays.
A5
/
M5
Standard duty
2–4 hours/day (default)
60 cycles/day · 40% ED
GIS standard / nominal rating. 60 lift cycles per day, 40 % engine duty. The capacity printed on the GP model name (e.g. GP250 = 250 kg) refers to this class.
A6
/
M6
Heavy duty
4–8 hours/day
120 cycles/day · 50% ED
Heavy commercial — automotive, foundries, steel fabrication. 120 cycles per day, 50 % engine duty. Requires reduced capacity to keep motor temperature in spec.
A7
/
M7
Severe / 3-shift
8+ hours/day, 3-shift
240 cycles/day · 60% ED
Continuous severe service — high-volume production, 24/7 logistics. 240 cycles per day, 60 % engine duty. Significant capacity downrating, motor and brake at stress limit.

GP electric hoist lift height
Lockable main switch
20A lockable main switch under enclosure.
Standpipe (3 m)
3 m standpipe to host the main switch.
Power cable in tube
Hoist power-supply cable routed inside a protective tube (ZZD / SZZD only).
Paint system
Standard finish is 60µm C2 polyester powder, RAL 1028 yellow (included).
Hoist cover (outdoor protection)
Sheet-metal protection clamped on the beam that shields the hoist from rain. Dimensions are adapted to the hoist.
Packaging
Standard packing is shrink film for road transport (not suitable for sea freight). Optional wooden transport support for spans up to 6 m.
Structural calculation note
Optional engineering document (note de calcul) certifying the structural reactions of your specific configuration. Required by some inspectors and insurers when commissioning the crane.

Attributes
Self-supporting articulated wall jib crane for facilities where wall anchoring is limited.
This equipment is manufactured to order and configured according to project-specific technical requirements.
Technical overview Model / SKU: SZZDProduct family: Wall Jib CranesLoad capacity: 1000kg, 125kg, 250kg, 500kg, 50kg, 80kgSpan: 2000mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 5000mmExecution: Made to orderProject workflow: Quote-based engineering validation before production releaseSend a quote request for final configuration, lead time and pricing.
What it is for
Slewing crane bolted to a wall or column, saving floor space. Workstations along a wall, machine tending.
This model
Wall mounted: wall/column must take the bending moment. Capacity options: 1000kg, 125kg, 250kg, 500kg, 50kg, 80kg. Span: 2000mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 5000mm.
Check before you choose
Wall/column strength for the bending moment Outreach and slewing range (usually 180°) Capacity with hoist
Not suitable for
Free-standing positions in the hall — use pillar jib
Before you order Project product — the final configuration is confirmed by our technical team before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
Load weight including hoist, trolley and attachments; heaviest lift? Crane capacity must cover hoist + trolley + load. Do not size by WLL alone.
Total reach, segment lengths, working zone, mounting height, path around obstacles?
Wall/column structural data? Bending moment on the wall.
Required hook height and hall height / obstacles (lights, pipes, doors, sprinklers)? Hook height = clearance − crane − trolley − hoist headroom − hook.
Cycles per hour, hours per day; manual or motorised slewing / travel? Heavy or frequent loads are hard to slew by hand; duty defines hoist class.
Typical mistakes to avoid
Besides wall statics, check collisions of the joints and zones where the load can hit a machine or the wall.
