Delivery

FCA collection terms for the UK: your carrier collects from our Zagreb warehouse or the manufacturer's factory; we handle the EX-1 export declaration. Invoices are VAT-free EU exports.

Delivery and collection — United Kingdom

Delacco supplies the UK market on FCA terms (Incoterms 2020): the goods are made available for collection by you or your freight forwarder, and we take care of the EU export paperwork. We do not organise carrier delivery to UK addresses.

1. Collection points (FCA)

  • Delacco warehouse, Zagreb (Croatia) — stocked products.
  • Manufacturer’s factory (France) — selected made-to-order lifting equipment.

The exact address and a collection window are confirmed by email once your order is ready. Your driver should bring the order number; we load the vehicle.

2. Export customs clearance (we handle it)

  • Service: issuing the export customs declaration (EX-1).
  • Service price: €45.00.
  • Because the goods leave the EU, your invoice is issued without VAT (export exempt under the Croatian VAT Act, Art. 45). We retain the certified proof of export.

3. UK import — your responsibility

  • UK import clearance is arranged by you or your carrier; a GB EORI number is required.
  • UK import VAT (currently 20%) is payable on import — most businesses use postponed VAT accounting.
  • Most of our equipment attracts low or zero duty under the UK Global Tariff; confirm the commodity code with your customs broker.

4. Made-to-order and factory-shipped equipment

Made-to-order items are produced after your deposit is received. Production lead times are shown on each product page; we notify you as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

5. Prices and currency

Prices on delacco.uk are shown in EUR with an indicative GBP figure on product pages. All quotations, proforma and final invoices are issued in EUR; payment is by bank transfer.
