The 3500 kg hand pallet truck fills the gap between a standard 2500 kg truck and a heavy 5000 kg model. Frame, forks and lifting linkage are reinforced, while the footprint stays that of a normal pallet truck, so heavy pallets can be moved in the aisles and doorways you already have.
Built for the heavy end of manual handling
- 3500 kg rated capacity with a 200 mm lift out of an 85 mm lowered fork height
- Fork spread of 550 or 685 mm to spread the load across industrial pallets and skids
- ø200 mm steering wheels and ø80 mm fork rollers to keep rolling resistance manageable at full load
- 100 kg service weight, so it is still a truck one person can position by hand

- Steel, stone and building material pallets that overload a 2500 kg truck
- Machine bases, moulds and tooling moved between production cells
- Goods receiving where incoming pallet weights vary and a safety margin is needed
Dimensions
Forks are 1150 or 1220 mm long, lowered fork height is 85 mm with ø200 mm steering wheels or 75 mm with ø180 mm wheels, and the truck lifts to 200 or 190 mm accordingly. Height without the tiller is 443 or 433 mm and service weight is 100 kg.
